Off The Battlefield

Off the battlefield, Dewitt is an incredibly friendly person, always happy to assist in whatever's needed. As a spellsword inventor, he's always working on something new, so with new inventions, come new faces. Even around the vampires that he lives in the land of, he's still as friendly with them as he is with anyone else. It takes a lot to really anger him, when off the battlefield, but it can be done. Just takes a lot more work than it would otherwise.

On the Battlefield

When fighting, Dewitt is a whole different story. He steps out of his more humble and friendly personality, for a more wise-cracking and zealous. He does what needs to be done, and fights what needs to be fought, with little to no issue taking things on whatever way is required. His mind mostly becomes focused on whatever's in front of him, all the while essentially becoming an entirely different person. Not a dangerous one to his friends, but significantly more to his enemies.

Appearance

Dewitt's attire of choice suits his tasks well, and manages to not get in the way of his work. A black shirt underneath a red zipped hoodie, with a blue long coat over the top, sleeves rolled up, making space for his demonic gauntlet. Accompanied by black pants, boots, and several rings on his left hand, boasting the Sabine family crest, the spellsword is both a man of fashion and function.

Abilities/Magic

Spellsword - Being a spellsword has many benefits, mainly being able to cast magic using one's weapon. This allows Dewitt to enchant weapons with elemental effects, and increase their overall effectiveness, amongst other magical capabilities.

Inventing - Using knowledge passed down from the Sabine family, some of which coming from Dwarven houses, Dewitt has made himself unique in being a human that is able to create the kind of advanced Dwarven technology, steampunk like in nature, that sets him apart from regular crafters. Coupled with capabilities outside of mere forging (and helped along with that demonic gauntlet of his), Dewitt has the mind and capabilities to create amazing things, if he puts his mind to it.

Enchanting - Due to the Sabine family line being casters, as well as talented swordsmen and inventors, Dewitt is also able to enchant other people's gear, be it weapons, armor, or other items, as part of his services. The possibilities are only as far as magic will take him, really.

Demonic Gauntlet - The last remaining piece of a suit of demonic armor, crafted by Dewitt's ancestors when a powerful demon was slain, the demonic gaunlet that is worn on Dewitt's right hand has many benefits. Completely fire and flameproof, allowing for such acts as sticking said arm into a burning hot forge, without so much of a scratch on the flesh within. Coupled with incredible power, the demonic gauntlet is a weapon that can rival any, and all. If only it could be recrafted back into the full suit of armor... Which would require another powerful demon to be slain.

Sword and Gun - A pair of weapons meant to compliment each other, Dewitt's sword and ranged weapon of choice are quite advanced, for the time they exist in. Both created using modified Dwarven technology, the sword is able to generate more force by "revving" the handle, pouring flammable oil onto the blade which is swiftly ignited. Coupled with the revolver, a weapon much out of its time, with a six bullet clip, and a second barrel for faster firing, it is a weapon to not be trifled with. The names are still works in progress, but Dewitt will figure out names for them eventually.
